This extensive availability and our high clinic capacity allow us to offer short appointment wait times. Clients can book appointments online via email or SMS chat, and they receive a reminder SMS before their visit. At CARE MEDICO, doctor visits are seamless—appointments run precisely on schedule, eliminating unnecessary waiting times.
Our clinics are conveniently accessible by public transport and car. We provide private, monitored parking, free for clients during their visit. Upon arrival, clients are welcomed into a comfortable reception area, where our staff ensures their visit is as pleasant as possible.
Supporting Our Doctors
Our doctors focus on patient care, while the clinic staff takes care of everything else. The reception team manages appointments and client check-ins. The head nurse oversees the recruitment and training of nursing staff. A dedicated product manager handles material procurement. Our back-office team provides IT support and office administration. Additionally, we manage insurance claims, documentation, and electronic patient records, including informed consent forms and medical history questionnaires, allowing our doctors to dedicate their time entirely to patient care.
